At this time, I am available for video appointments.

I accept payment by credit card, which must be filed prior to the first appointment. I do not take insurance, but  I can provide a “superbill” at the end of each session with all the necessary information for you to seek partial reimbursement by insurance.

Due to the limited hours of the clinic, I require notice 48 business hours before the appointment time, otherwise you will be charged a full rate.
